Terms and Conditions
1) Prices

Prices are correct at time of printing but are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices will be exclusive of VAT at ruling rates and delivery costs.

2) Payment

Payment to be made via our secure website via debit/credit card. If paying my cheque then please allow 5 working days for cheque to clear before order will be dispatched.

3) Claims

Claims arising from loss of, or damage to, goods in transit must be notified to the company within 3 days if receipt of goods in the case of damage, and 7 days of date of invoice in the case of loss. Claims made outside the above time limits will not normally be entertained by the Company.

4) Returned Goods

When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, Southern Beauty Ltd may agree to their return on the following conditions:

a) The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, unused and returned in the original packaging.

b) A request must be made to the company within 7 days of receipt of goods.

c) Any refunds will be subject to a handling charge of 10% of the nett value. No refunds will be made in respect of carriage charges levied on the original order.

d) No returned goods will be accepted unless a Returns Authorisation has been given

e) The company accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels in transit to us, therefore we reccomend that proof of posting/despatch and appropriate insurance obtained by the customer.

f) Any items of equipment that have been made specially to the customers specifications can not be subject to a refund

 5) Delivery

UK MAINLAND - Parcels will be sent either on UK Mail 24 hour service where a signature will be required for all parcels upon receipt, or by Royal Mail. We will aim to send parcels within 1 -3 working days, with the execption of various items of Equipment which may take up to 10-14 working days. Please feel free to call us for delivery times if required.Orders placed Friday afternoon will not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest.

Orders over £60 nett value will be sent Carriage Free.

Orders below £60 nett value will be charged at £5.50 plus VAT

Items of equipment will be subject to a £6.50 + vat delivery charge on all items which has already been included in the prices shown, with the exception of Electric Couches which will be subject to a £15 + vat delivery charge to be added onto the price

UK OFFSHORE & EXPORT - we would be pleased to arrange the delivery/export of goods to sny part of the world, however prices would need to be agreed prior to ordering.

6) Cancellation

Cancellation of an order prior to delivery will only be accepted on the following terms:

a) standard equipment or products - 5% handling charge

b) Special non standard items not included in (a) above cannot be accepted for cancellation and payment must be made in full.

c) Cancellation after Despatch cannot be accepted.

7) Guarentee

This guarentee shall not apply to damage caused through fire, accident, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, or any attempt to repair or adjustment other than by our service department. All items are guarenteed accordingly to the manufacturers warranty. All glass items are specifically excluded from this guarentee.

8) General

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will only be used for their intended purpose by fully trained, responsible persons, or students under qualified instruction. Goods are not supplied on a sales or return basis. No responsibility will be accepted by Southern Beauty Ltd for damage or injury resulting from accidental misuse by untrained personnel without qualified supervision.

We take great care to ensure the accuracy of sizes, prices and specifications. Whilst such descriptions are given as a guide in good faith, they are subject to alteration without notice.
